Brief Instructions
The demo application aims to show ease of use of Westico RTLS system with the Google-like search and display of tracked objects in the background of internal map or Google Maps.
For the demo we have prepared a presentation of three model case studies:
Logistics & 3PL
Automotive
Healthcare
How to Search with Westico RTLS
1. When you get to the demo home page, in the top menu next to button "search", click on the button "in selection". A yellow menu appears with two columns "Your Selection" and "Add to Selection".
2. In part "Add to selection", choose the application that you are interested in (Logistics, Automotive, HealthCare) by clicking on the name of application or objects you want to search. By clicking on a small triangle bullet the next menu will expand. Selected objects will be displayed in the list "Your Selection". This selection also works as a filter for any full-text search.
3. When you click again on the button "in selection" in the top menu, the yellow menu will close.
4. Now you can start to work with choosen objects.
5. Try out also the possibility of full-text search by entering text included in the database such as bed, container, Linet, Volvo, chair, skoda, fabia etc.
Demo Application Settings
By clicking on the logo Westico top right and selecting the language you can switch the application language interface.
Below the logo you will find a slider with the text "Automatic Update". By moving the slider you can set up the update interval for tracking of moving objects.
Work with Objects and Maps
Working with maps is identical to work in other maps eg. as a Google Map application. By scrolling a mouse scroll wheel you can zoom in and zoom out or click and drag maps to view adjacent sections immediately.
By clicking on desired object you can view the object details.

In the right top corner you can switch between satellite and map view. In the higher resolution the satellite view is not supported and internal map of buildings, campuses included into appliaction will display.
