Real-Time Location and Visibility
Westico Technologies develops solutions providing total visibility of assets, people, sensors and other devices within one system.
Real-Time Locating System (RTLS), Wi-Fi sensors and RFID tags based data collection are just part of this system. Our objective is to develop solutions providing total visibility of assets, people, sensors and other devices within one system. To reach this objective we use such technologies that are appropriate: starting from Wi-Fi networks, UWB, passive RFID up to GPS.
We develop pure web-solutions with an intuitive user interface, with basic idea of cloud computing and providing functionality as a service.
Active Wi-Fi tags and sensors Westico intelligently collect data and communicate directly with remote Internet servers. Thus created and processed data are then available to all users and applications through Web applications and services.
Westico Philosophy
The vision of our company is to provide tools enabling total asset visibility. You can search for anything, anywhere, at any time, in real time. This technology is closely interconnected with concepts of Cloud computing and Web 3.0.
The way how to make any information from anywhere visible, is cloud computing: to store the information in the Internet infrastructure. In the future, a significant part of the application data and other information will be stored this way. In Westico team and for our solutions we use such services and we develop such services and applications themselves. Many developers talk about Web 2.0 and implement such solutions, some other think about Web 3.0. We design and develope our products with terms of Web 3.0 in mind.
